Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
David called to setup an appointment and showed up promptly. He inspected the damaged roof and gave me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable to me so I awarded the job to him on the spot. He showed up the next morning at 7:30, bright and early, and started on the repair. He wanted to get it done before a forecasted small snow storm (1"+) that's on its way that same day. Sure enough, when he was finishing up at 8:30, the snow shower started. He did a good job and also cleaned up after himself. I would use him again for for future projects.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
David did a great job on repairing two spots on my roof where the plywood loosened off the rafters. He sent a formal written estimate detailng the steps proposed to fix the problem, which was completely aligned with our verbal conversation when he came by to see the job. As soon as I engaged him to do the work, he came in 4 business days as he told me and fixed my roof. I'd recommend him to others w/o question.

Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
David is very professional. He was able to assess the damage within a few days of contacting him. He spent time with us explaining the possible extent of water damage and then detailed a plan on how he would approach the repair. He sent us a written estimate delineating all the work he would perform and the materials he would provide for the project. I found David to be quite knowledgeable about this project and how to go about it and he did an excellent job for us in a very reasonable amount of time.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
We hired David to help with two projects-repair a leaky roof, & replace a sliding glass patio door that had some rot underneath. He came out to give a estimate, & spent 30 mins carefully looking over everything, providing me with a detailed proposal the very next day. After acceptance, David was very easy to get in touch with, and the roof repairs started a week later, with the door to follow. Both projects uncovered other serious problems that had to be dealt with, and David was able to immediately identify the issue, recommend the solution, & fix it for us. Very professional, clean, pleasant and enjoyable to work with-very fairly priced!

Project: Repair or Partially Replace Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding
When he came to give an estimate, he spent a great deal of time explaining how I got the rot in the shingles and what should be done to correct it. He detailed all the work he would do and the materials he would buy as part of the project. Once we signed the contract he came and started the work within 48 hours. He completed the job the next day. The site was left in a clean state and the work was done exactly as he promised. I would hire him again.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
David listened to our ideas and concerns and helped us come up with a design we really love. He executed the design in a timely manner and with excellent workmanship. We couldn't be happier with the result and we are looking forward to doing another project with David.
