He was prompt, completed the work in the time frame he proposed, and the project actually ended up costing a little less than he estimated. He was persistent in calling us back to respond to questions or inquiries.

Project: Install or Replace Storm Doors
David returned every call almost immediately, explained the job clearly and provided really prompt service. I was most impressed with how carefully he worked to insure the best possible fit on my new storm door. Also, when he left, the area was cleaner than it was when he arrived. There was nothing left for me to do but enjoy the good job. I will definitely call him again the next time I need work done .

Project: Find a Storm or Wind Recovery Service
I was very pleased from beginning to end after experiencing storm damage to my home from hurricane Irene. He was prompt with coming out to examine the damage, getting me the estimate, doing temporary work to prevent further problems when tropical storm Lee arrived and getting the final work done. I am thrilled with the job that was done and and the fact that there was no stress involved in working with David Hafer Home Improvements. I plan on having him come back to do more work in the near future.
