David arrived on time, and did very good quality work. The removal of the wallpaper was more difficult than anticipated because there was a base wall stock under the wallpaper, and the glue that was used apparently bonded it to the drywall. David removed as much as he could, filled areas with mud, sanded, and finished with a primer. He increased his original estimate from $250 to $325 which was very fair for the increased work. He also did the work on Saturday, and came back on Sunday to finish even though he had other plans.
