He called me less than 5 mins after I made the request to Servicemagic. He was prompt and courteous. I was not happy that he said he could fix the problem,but changed his mind when he looked at it(doorbell routed through the phone),even though I explained very specifically beforehand what I needed. He was very apologetic, however, and, explained that he did not want to begin attempting to diagnose something that may end up costing me a lot of money that he still could not fix, which I appreciated. Luckily there were other minor things that he was able to fix so the visit was not a total loss.Given that, the cost was reasonable.

Did solid work - but perhaps there was confusion surrounding the cleanup. Asked that he patch the walls he had to open to do the work - felt uncomfortable patching around electrical work - he was reluctant. Several weeks later, did come back to do the work.
