I was 100% satisfy with the job performed by David Bush home inspections, it was thoroughly and did make recommendations, did demonstrated and explain what was good and needed fixing. The inspector did get there early, and went far and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I strongly recommend David Bush Home Inspections, Inc.

Mr. Bush seems like a nice person but I was not happy with the service. I told Mr. Bush before he came that I was mainly worried about the structure of the house because there are cracks in the walls. Mr. Bush told he did not need to check the roof where the cracks are leeding to and refered me to a structure engineer that he knows. He also took pictures and checked the plumbing, wiring, bathrooms, kitchens. All these things I told him I was going to replace before he came. He charged me $350 for his service and still I need to get the structure inspected(this time by a structure engineer).

Mr. Bush is an excellent home inspector. Very precise and thorough. He was able to answer all question and explained everything to us with his professional knowledge. The report he prepared for us was very detailed. We will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a professional and knowledgeable home inspector. David was a profesional, he looked out for the buyers interest. He went over and beyond what I expected of him. He fitted his schedule around the times I was aviable and explained the entire process so I understood what I was getting into in become an owner of a condo.
