Dave Leavitt is a very professional, very thorough individual. His prices are reasonable, and the work is done quickly and correctly. Since the initial cleaning, we have hired him to do some other work on the chimney as well, and I have no doubt it will be the same quality.

Dave is very knowledge, and explained the problem in the way I can understand. I especially liked the way he climbed up the roof, took pictures and showed me the problem when doing free estimate. I also like the way he quoted in details what he's going to do for me. He came on time and completed the work on time. He's really nice guy to work with. I gave him a five.

Job: Chimney Sweep, cap roof, identify any rodent holes. They called right away, came out within 24 hours researched and gave an estimate. It was fair. Finished the job within a few days. Very professional and approachable. Would use again and recommend.

Dave was great. He contacted us in a timely manner to setup an appointment, came at the agreed upon time and gave a full assessment of what needed to be done. The estimate was fair, we agreed to the work and his crew started on the spot. They worked quietly and efficiently and had the job done quickly. They then cleaned up and left the work area in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Dave.
