City: Aurora Project: Exterior Home or Structure - Paint or Stain Dave Brown Was the first to call and Show up , he provided and quote , and the next day he started work after he collected his down payment , and that was the end of professionalism, <br… Read Complete Rating Dave Brown Was the first to call and Show up , he provided and quote , and the next day he started work after he collected his down payment , and that was the end of professionalism, <br />We signed the contract on 09/28/2009 with a suggested complete date of 10/07/2009; he kept on making excuses day after day   , once it was the weather , then it was the weather , then it was the weather , given that we had many many good weather days in Oct and even in Nov , to complete the job , however he didn’t show up, as he went to other jobs, also we had 2 house in my Neighborhood fully painted in the this time frame. So other painters could do the job, also the Parts that he did paint where Armature like Work. I would not recommend Dane brown at all. <br /> Rating: Project: Interior Home or Surfaces - Paint or Stain Dave took the time to assess what we needed and then re-worked his schedule to meet our timeline.  He was exceptional to work with and look forward to our next project.  See All Ratings
