I put in the request around 11:30 pm. They called me at 7:30 am. By 7:50 am I had the written quote in my email. They were on-site by 8:50 am. They were done and left by 9:10. They accept credit cards. Very convenient.

I received a call from Dauntless Plumbing & Heating minutes after I placed the request on ServiceMagic and about a half hour or so, the technician was at my door. I was very pleased with the service, the quality of the water heater, and the price. In addition, I was very impressed with the fact that the technician clean-up after finishing the work. Lastly, I would also say that Dauntless Plumbing & Heating rocks.

This company is very unprofessional. They made an appointment to come look at the pipes in my bathroom. Ten minutes before the scheduled time, them called to say the wouldn't be there. I arranged for a friend to let me in to take a look. They did the work without providing a quote or receiving authorization. They left without leaving an invoice or contact information. I received a bill a month later. A week after that, I received a phone call from them at 7am. They threatened to put a lean on my house if I didn't pay right away. They mentioned that they have had customers call the police on them. Don't use them.

We have yet to have a client call the police on us & we wouldn't brag about if it happened. Anyway, having discussed this matter with the client there was missed communication all around which led to a cascade of administrative errors. We have straightened things out with this client. If the need arises we sincerely hope she takes us up on the standing offer of free service she has with us so she can see how we usually operate
