I had Steve install a new gas furnace at the and of January and it appears that he did a good job . I prepaid $200.00 for a twice a year maintenance contract and I have yet to see him . I have called him 3 times to schedule and he talks about the squeaky wheel getting the attention when all I was trying to do was save him money so he could schedule other appointments in the area. It is now almost June and he has never called me to schedule . I all I want is my money back so I can find someone that is interested in my business .

Daughtry Services serviced the AC and we are ready for Summer. Great job and thanks.

Steve showed up and did an excellent/complete job while he was here. It was my pleasure meeting him.

He was prompt he knew what he was doing and I had him in on a different project and he charged a fair rate and was professional.

He was on time, friendly, found and fixed the problem quickly all done without charging to much. I was very satisfied with experience.

Was unable to figure out the problem with my AC system, even though he worked for over 3 hours and replaced a part. He also said my system needed 2 or more pounds of freon filled. I called another repair person, who had my system up and running in a short amount of time. He said my AC needed about half a pound of freon and filled it for free. Not a good experience at all with Daughtry Services.

I went out of my way to arrive at this customers home on a particular time to accommodate them. This customer had a very difficult problem to diagnose. After spending more than 3 hours while being repeatedly stopped and questioned every 15 minutes I was very close to completion,when the customer told me he had called the original installer and wanted me to stop work.I Had already completed 95% of work and explained to customer what was wrong with it.I then only charged the customer for 2 hours.This was a very unusual situation for me as I go out of my way to make sure my customers are satisfied 100%.I feel badly this person feels this way.

Guy was prompt and very professional. I will definitely work with this company again.

Steve was fantastic. He arrived when he said he would. Explained all the issues and his recommendations for resolution to me. Provide a detailed, readable invoice and suggested ways to cut costs. This is now my go-to company for AC and Heating issues!

Mr. Daughtry was prompt, honest and explained the steps of his examination of the problem throughout the process. I would highly recommend his services and would hire him again.
