Very responsive, honest and helpful. Didn't oversell it and didn't under perform. I am very happy with these guys. Trust was my biggest hurdle, followed by competency. They passed both.

The service technician was knowledge, professional and understood the problem at hand. The office manager and staff was helpful and willing to correct the problem ASAP.

Once they actually showed up the work was very quick and done very well. I just don't think you should have to call them after they no show/no call for the estimate appointment. Then they no show/ no call again for the actual appoinitment day. Had to miss a whole day of work due to them not showing up as scheduled.

Leak in front yard. 1st estimate was for over 1 thousand. Darden plumbing, upon inspection completed project for less than 1/4 of initial estimate.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
I came home at 10pm to a broken water heater. I put in my contact information and Darden was the first to call. They had a tech out by 7am the next day. The job was completed in a timely matter and the tech they sent was professional. I will continue to use this company FIRST for my plumbing needs.

Did a good job fixing but his hands were dirty and everything he touched turned black. I had to wipe the walls and everything he touched after he left.
