Dan, April, and their whole crew are just fantastic. Very punctual, friendly and professional. They took care of our old furnace problem really fast, and got a new one installed even quicker. My husband and I would recommend Dan's Reliance to everyone. They are a great young team with old school values and practices. We want to thank them for what they were able to do for us.:)

This person installed our original a/c we have had problems in our Brand new home with the unit and then when we contacted Dan to repair it he did temporarily fix it and promised to come back after researching to do the full repair this was four months ago and after attempting to have our calls returned he has still been negligent to help us or even give us the courtesy of returning our calls we are so dissappointed. To Continue: This week a new very polite technician has come and repaired the unit under warranty and hopefully by this coming summer when the a/c is turned on again this will be resolved forever.

Any labor warranty on this unit would be under the contractor that built the house. When the system was installed there were no issues after completion. There were two companies out to this property to look at this unit prior to our company being called, and they were unable to find any issue with the unit. By having two other companies out any warranty would have been voided at that point. This homeowner had no contract with our company however we still checked over the system at no charge to the homeowner. The very polite technician that was out there was from our company, we went above and beyond for this customer.

I found this company online and called to have my furnace serviced. They set up an appointment immediately and was friendly and courteous. I would reccomend Dan's alliance.
