Project: Grade or Reslope Grounds for Landscaping
Fast first contact and good communication during project. Asked for a level 20' x 20' area, but area was not completely level after project was first completed. Asked for team to come back out and they did make area level, but they charged for extra materials needed for second trip. Would have given a higher rating if there was not a second charge since project need was explained at beginning of service.
