Daniels floors came into the mix during a hectic home renovation. In dealing with a dozen different builders and contractors, I can say without reserve that they were hands down the easiest and most professional company we dealt with. They installed hardwood floors throughout our home. Their floor experts were polite and efficient. I would give 6 stars if I could!!!

They did a great job on installing my hardwoods. Took care to keep as much dust as possible away from the rest of my home. Showed up on time and were professional at all times.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
I will start by saying the work done was excellent. However the customer service was not. There was a miscommunication on what was included with stair refinishing. We assumed (our mistake) that this included spindles and handrails. Other companies we contacted included this in their quote. We did not realize this until after they started. We inquired about having this done and were told that their people were not qualified to paint. When we decided not to have more work done, they only wanted to get paid and did not want to wait the required time between coats. Originally we were told to wait 24 hrs but this immediatly changed to a few hrs.

We regret the misunderstanding. Our proposals are comprehensive and detail every aspect of the job. There was no mention of the stairs or handrails at the time of the estimate. It was not listed on the proposal. When the client inquired about these, near the end of the job, I provided pricing. She decided not to have the work done. As for the painting, we are not painters, we are a hardwood flooring company. As for the scheduling, Bona Mega waterbourne finish only requires two hours to dry. We applied the 2 coat at 8:30 a.m., 3rd coat at the end of the day. At the end of the job, the clients raved about how beautiful their floors are now.
