Project: Hire a Handyman
Hired Daniel to perform maintenance on some of the exterior aspects of my house. Power washing, caulking, sealing, painting, etc. All work was performed quickly and well, and at a reasonable rate. Recommended.

Daniel is very nice but the attention to detail is not there, especially if he and his staff are painting a room that already has a bold color on it. Also there was paint on the bed sheets and floor where paint was splattered.

He fixed everything that he said he would regarding our door handle and window lock. The was another issue with a window sliding down, but he said it was out of his expertise and I like the fact that he didn't just say he knew how to fix it. He offered a quick temporary fix for that one too.

Dan called me back within a half hour of being contacted by Service Magic to set up an appointment to look at the job site. He came to my house that very night and gave me an estimate that couldn't be beat. He started the next morning promptly at 8:00 as discussed. He and his crew were very attentive and performed the job exactly to my specifications. Painted living, dining, kitchen, bath, ceilings, hall, and removal of bathroom flooring. Plus, Dan is working around my upcoming carpet and bathroom flooring installation to pick up my new vanity for me at Lowe's and install the vanity after the new bathroom floor is installed.

Dan is very friendly, courteous and prompt on the job. His work was outstanding and very professional. He moved all my furniture carefully and made sure all surfaces were covered before painting. His painting was perfect. I would defintely recommend him and will be using his services again later this year! Thanks, Dan!

DAN IS A LIFE SAVER. I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS . MY PROJECT WAS IN CINCINNATI. DAN CALLED ME PROMPTLY KEPT IN TOUCH DURING MY PROJECTS SENT PICTURES .EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME CLEARLY SINCE I AM NOT THERE. VERY REASONABLE RATES. DAN IS NOW MY GO TO GUY. WHEN I NEED HELP I WILL CALL HIM FIRST
