D and D replied immediately and came out to give me an estimate. They cleaned up the leaves and cleaned the gutters. I was especially grateful that the man who cleaned the gutters pointed out an area that needed repair. A roofer is making the repair for me this week.

Initially customer service was very good. However, after the work was done and re-work was require D&D did not return calls or failed to follow through on their services. The plantings were subpar and many died. Though under warranty, D&D has yet to replace the dead plants. They told me back in July they would and now it is October and I am still waiting. Now it is too late to replace this year. I can only hope they will honor their warranty come spring. I have left numerous emails and calls and have heard nothing for over two months. For what I paid I expected better quality and service. Very disappointed.

They were very responsive to our request for an estimate and gave us a really good price. We waited about a week for our first mowing, so contacted them again to see when they would mow. They said they were delayed due to rainy weather (true) and would come the next day. When we came home in the late afternoon, we were delighted to see our overgrown, scruffy lawn all neatly mown and trimmed. It looks so much better than we could accomplish ourselves! Although my husband was a little insulted that I wasn't satisfied with his efforts, he's now happy to let D&D take over.
