I called Dana's after getting an annual checkup from another service company. The other company claimed to have found a $600 part that needed replacing, even though my heat pump showed none of the symptoms the replacement was supposed to fix. I decided to risk the price of a service call in order to get a second opinion. The Dana's service person found that all we needed was a little more refrigerant. <br /> <br />The service person was on time, did the work in a timely fashion, and explained everything he was doing. He did well enough that we decided to get an annual service contract with Dana's.
