Was given an appt within a few days (good), 4 hour timeframe for service and promise of a call when technician was 'on the way', showed up close to the 5th hour and no phone call, despite calling to check on status.( bad). Technician was clean, knowledgable and friendly.(good). Was given a sales pitch to pay more money than the quote for promise of more service in the future without a written contract, declined this. The original quote did not include the sales tax. You could do worse hiring this company, but you could probably also do better.

Dana's Heating called twice to confirm the appointment. The Service Tech arrived promptly and completed the service within the time he stated. I highly recommend Dana's to others needing furnace or repair or service! Mike N.
