I checked all plumbing on two seperate occasions and found no problems (my tenant was also late with the rent). My tenant continued to complain so I called for a plumber and gave instructions not to do any additional work without my consent. The plumber checked everything and found no smell anywhere, but it would cost me $200 to snake the kitchen sink. I asked him why, when it had no problem draining and he had no answer. I know he hoped to make more on his trip out, but I consider this the same as trying to steal from me and I will be reporting this to the BBB. Rating: Provided By: Kelly M. For $109 you can get an exact appointment versus the $69 appointment that is for a 30 minute warning that they are on their way. <br /> <br />This service fee is in additon to the labor and materials charge. You may get them to apply the fee toward the service, but why bother. There are plenty of plumbers who guarantee their work and don't charge this fee.  See All Ratings
