I know that it is an investment in your home and I look forward to speaking with you and encourage you to give us a call and schedule an appointment. Dan was clean, professional and on time. He explained the problem with our refrigerator - compressor. Offered an option to get the refrigerator working for the mean time so we could decide to buy a new compressor or a new refrigerator. A huge difference in what he charged us that day. The compressor would have been close to $800, but he got us working for $167 and guarenteed it for a month. giving us time to look into new ones or call him back to replace the compressor. Not taking advantage of us was greatly appreciated. I will use him again when other appliances break.

Dan has been in business for a long time and has great rxperience. He was right on time, got right to the problem,was courteous and the charge was very reasonable. I am very happy.

Pricey? Have you had service from the big companies or even some of the locals? I price my services competitively, and if you could get a legitimate quote from my competitors you would find that out. Regards, Dan

Dan did save us money by suggesting we check with Frigidaire to see if what still under warranty. When I asked him why he didn't suggest that to us first before we paid him over $50 for the service call he became extremely rude to me. His exact words..."I couldn't care less about that, that's not any of my business". He could have have a long-term customer for all of my appliance needs but I will never use him again for sure!!. First of all he should have encouraged us to call the manufacturer first, second no way he should have talked to me like he did.

Sorry, I spent a hour of my time to drive there and back plus the wear and tear on my truck, to drive to Fairview. There is no way I could determine over the phone if it was under warranty. I gave you good advice to have it fixed free under warranty or pay 500.00-600.00 to fix it. Professional advice is not cheap.

Excellent Appliance Repair pro. Arrived when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher and fixed it. Very reasonable fees. Great work and would recommend to others and will call him again for any of our appliance repair issues.
