Quick to respond, gave a very fair estimate. Flexible on scheduling. Tom's crew of 2 folks did quick work. Nice job cleaning up such a dusty project. Did notice a few drips and trapped hairs on sections of the refinished floor afterwards, but nothing too horrid. Overall, good job and would consider hiring again.

Tom Le was very flexible and showed up with a large and professional crew. They worked incredibly fast. They replaced boards in our wood floors, patched radiator holes and refinished about 2000 sf of living space. This took 2 days. They were amazingly clean. His price was very competitive too. Definitely use him.

Tom was very good. The floors came out great but a third coat of poly would look better. Even did some extras like repairing a broken stair step. Pretty clean and no damage to the baseboards.

Honestly, Tom was professional, courteous, responsive, efficient, and so on. I hired him to refinish hardwood flooring in a family room, stairwell & hallway in a rental unit that I own. When I went to check on the finished work the family room floor had bubbled due to humidity while it was drying. I called Tom & he went back the very next day (a Sunday!), redid the floor & fixed the problem. I couldn't ask for better! I hope to meet Tom personally someday since our interactions, from first call, quote, to finish was all done by telephone! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again nor would I hesitate to recommend him to anyone. THANKS!
