Everyone involved, from initial contact through scheduling and actual cleaning was very professional and polite. The ladies who came to my home were extremely thorough and efficient. I con't remember when every corner of my home has been so clean at the same time. I would refer anyone to them and will have them return to my home when I need additional services.

The Damestique team did a wonderful job of deep-cleaning my home. They not only took care of the BIG problems, butalso addressed all of the smaller issues that I, as the homeowner, had not seen during the initial walk-through. Cleaneing crew was professional in all aspects and went above and beyond the call of duty to clean where no man or woman has cleaned before! Excellent job performance from start to finish, and the cleaners were very easy to work with. Very flexible and responsive to my cleaning needs, which isn't always the case in today's world, where customer service is often lacking.

I have not yet actually had them clean because of my problems with closing but even though i have had to reschedule several times they have been very accommodating. up date - After having them clean I am disappointed. They did some things remarkable well and missed other things entirely. I don't think that the person who made contact with me (Chris) gave them enough time to do the job. There also was no meeting of the minds, as it were, as to the contract itself. I asked for the cost of a job and thought that was what I got. Now that I am billed it's $25 per hour. I don't know if that is good or bad but that is not what I contracted for.
