I was frustrated with the disconnect.over job details and final price. I only got a verbal bid and agreement over phone because bid never made it to e-mail. When we first discussed my name came up under an entirley different project. I was impressed with the workmanship however, and the courtesy and attention to detail of the technician.

With exception of a few screws that weren't placed correct they have done agood job installing my diswasher and connecting water to my refrigerator water dispenser. Highly recommended if you are like me and don't have any time to work in the house.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
This company may be better than the experience I had with them. There was a series of incidents that made it challenging in various areas including workmanship, time involved, and attitude of personnel. I don't want to have to get involved when I hire professionals to do a job, but I definitely had to be on my toes watching over and correcting flaws on this project. It did not end up exactly how I wanted, but it looks good and is functional. The supervisor was very helpful in coming out and taking over when necessary.

I requested a quote for chimney repair and refinish and also had Dale bid on a putting a new roof on my house. Dale and his team we're very professional and comleted my projects on schedule and within my bugeted cost. I plan to call Dale to bid on future projects. I really enjoyed working with Dale's Helping Hands.

Project: Hire a Handyman
We had a some tiles cracking off the wall in our master bath, plus a stain had developed in the linoleum. Other contractors recommended much more expensive/aggressive repairs (rip out the entire shower stall?!) But Dales Helping Hands did an excellent job of laying new vinyl floor, and replacing the tiles - it turned out that the damage was only slight, no need for a big repair. The technician (David) did a great job, arrived on time, and told us what materials we needed to supply to lower cost and make job go smoothly (such as his recommendation we get cheap plastic sheeting to protect our carpeting). All went well and I am with the results.
