"scenario" he offers. I paid him for a worst case scenario job and did not receive what he promised to deliver. <br />He is neat and clean. He shows up on time. He took care of a problem he created but when I started to work found that portion of the work was not done correctly and I had to redo it. <br />I do feel had I got the price upfront and a understandable description of the work he would have performed in writing I would have either gotten a better job or price.
