quality service, on time and budget

Great Service

Left some stains on carpet that were not cleaned from air vents. This was my first attempt at cleaning my air ducts. Had to clean up sut everywhere after they left. Not sure if this is common, but every surface of my home had left a film of sut.

The service personnel ran a little late and called the first time, but I had to follow up with a second call. Eventually, they arrived later than expected, but they're thoroughness made up for their late arrival time. I love the fact that they reinstalled all my vent covers at no extra charge. Their experienced appointment coordinator told me exactly what they were going to do and even negotiated a lower service price than they originally quoted me. If you can get pass the funny company name, then you'll notice how good they really are. I originally wasn't going to hire them b/c of the name, but decided to give them a call.

Fast and on Budget

We were very impressed with the service men. They worked hard dealing with ducts that are different from anything they had seen before. We are pleased with the results.

As they stated, a walk through before and after the job was complete, this did not take place. They did not use the equipment as shown in their site, on you tube. We wanted to see the video of the before and after, which there was not one. I had no way of knowing if the ducts were cleaned other than what was looking at the vents. I was told by the owner and tec, it was to time consuming to show me all the ducts.

I am sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. We did do everything possible to try to do so. I would have hoped that the fact that we came back the same day to try to rectify your concerns would have been appreciated. Even more so the fact that your were not charged for the job I believe should represent our claim that if you are not happy you do not pay. Again, we try our best to exceed every customers expectations but I know we are not perfect and every situation like this is an opportunity for us to improve. Thanks for that opportunity.
