He never showed up except to collect money. The workers never showed uptill10:30 or later or not at all. Substandard workmanship.

This was the LAST job this subcontractor did for Dadildoit. The customer was in Maryland for most of the job, so he wouldn't have seen me there any of the seven times that I showed up on the site. It was unfortunate, but understandable that he was upset,since the job was a one week job that took the sub 4 weeks to complete (only one of the reasons I let him go)

Larry has been more than accomodating throughout this entire project. His follow up to our never ending questions has been great, and he is very pleasant and patient to deal with. We are very happy with the job and we will recommend him to all of our friends!

Larry was dependable, thorough, explained everything very well, and gave us a competitive price. He left the site neat when he was finsihed. He started when he said he would and finished when he said he would. We would use him again for other projects if needed and recommend him to others.

Larry contacted me shortly after being connected through Servicemagic. We discussed the project I had, he drove over to look at the job gave me an excellant price and completed the work within a very acceptable time frame. He'll be back to take care of a few more projects we have lingering.

timely and complete estimate. Performed work early. Spent extra time ensuring that total spot where I had leaking was fixed properly and demonstrated to me. These people know how to get the job done. Since they perform many different types of work, their goal is to "lead by example" and compete for additional work. I have two future projects and they will be included in the evaluation for the work.

Larry called and made an appointment for a convenient time. When he arrived he provided a comprehensive understanding of the reason why we were expreriencing such significant leaking through the door. The best solution is to replace the door since it's warped and inferior or press the manufacturer, Crestline to stand by the warranty. Past experience has taught us that they won't support the warranty so Larry suggested a short term fix with weather stripping and door adjustment that will help us minimize the leaking until we can afford a new $3000 door.
