the job went well ,however it did take more than 3 weeks for them to come bake and fix a leak. the guys where nice and worked well but doing the start up over the phone did result in some issues for them and a larger awning than I needed.

Project: Install or Replace Metal Roofing
The basic materials and workmanship are OK but I had to fight to get it there. They installed post supports for a second story porch roof on a crumbling concrete cap on a block wall. Then they installed a downspout to empty onto the top of a concrete wall instead of elbowing over and taking it to the ground. Had they done these things right the first time they would have saved me and themselves considerable aggravation. I suspect that the fact that they were dealing with a woman led them to believe that they could get away with shoddy work and I wouldn't know the difference, & they kept pushing hard for a signature of completion.
