During construction provided verbal estimates for additional work which were low. Written propsal was 4 times the verbal quotes. Work was under way to do the addtional work, and could not be reworked. Verbal quote was not honored by the contractor. Cancelled addtional work required with DaVinci and hired another contractor to complete. I believe this to be an unethical attempt to bait and switch by quoting low pricing and then providing wriiten quote of much higher value.

Before we started this project we had heard many horror stories about contractors' delays, sloppy work and huge overages once the project started. Absolutely not so about DaVanci! We're just in the middle of the project now, but the crews are working at a clip. Every crew, from carpentry to plumbing to the electicians have been professional, courteous, willing to answer all our questions,  and our neighbors have even commented about how polite the workers are. The work they are doing is top notch- and they work long and hard hours. They show up every day before 8:00 and often don't leave until after 7:00 p.m.   Paul, our production manager, is ALWAYS available to us. We talk to him every day-sometimes several times a day. Dory in the office was a pro and maneuvering through the permit process and continues to be available every time we call with questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this construction company to anyone considering a total gut rehab as we are doing.
