The company responded quickly to my first call and the technicians they sent were professional and courteous - the tech initiaslly said he didn't think I needed the service and was willing to leave it at that. I decided to get the cleaning anyway and they explained what they were doing and why. Also, they cleaned everything up beautifully when they were done.
