I needed my dryer vent cleaned and thought that since my condo is over 40 years old that maybe all the vents needed cleaning but the young man that give me an estimate said I didn't need it. I certainly appreciated his honesty. And the two young men that did the work were very professional and very personable. I would definitely reccommend Ductz to friends and family.

Fast response time. Quick service, not sure if that is a good things in this case, but I have 50 year old ducts and they told me they had to be more gentle as not to damage the duct work. In any case, the rep that came out to my house was very knowledgable and provided me a lot of insight. Though their price was a bit higher than the other quote I got, Ductz was able to complete the job sooner. So I went with them. No regrets.

Two young guys came and stated that the pipe was twisted and partially disconnected but the duck was clean. Nothing they can do but I should hire a handiman to open the drywall and reconnect the pipe. It turned out to be the pipe was connected all along but was clogged big time with lots of dust inside. I ended up opening up three spots on the garage wall only because I followed these guys directions.

I had a coupon to get my ducts cleaned. But it seemed all they wanted to do was up sale me on everything else. They did a good job but I hate when people try to sell me things I don't need or want.
