Shawn is a very nice guy that understands the tasks, provide guidance and work arounds if need. He works fast , but carefully to save the homeowner money. I have recommended Shawn to several friends and all were satified as well. I also have used his services several times. Rate is reasonable as as mentioned he tries to work quickly to save you moneyl.

Shawn was professional,courteous, and timely. He gave great suggestions and ideas on how we could set up our room (our room was a little tricky with placement of our components) with a flat screen and surround sound system. Shawn provided a high quality and professional service and even had suggestions on how we could save money - with him. He worked very hard and fast competing our job exactly how we needed it and there were no hidden costs.

Came on short notice (1 day) and came after hours (7 pm). Even when I was running late he just started the work outside the house until I could arrive. Courteous, friendly, professional. Slightly more expensive than other companies, but they were a hassle and would schedule me days out. This was awesome - would hire again.

Two days after getting a lead from ServiceMagic, Shawn arrived at my house at 9:15 AM (he gave me a window of arriving between 9-10), so that was great that he showed up early. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me 3 options. I chose the cheapest since I am planning on doing work in the future. But, word of warning, DTS -- as well as all of the other cable professionals -- will charge $125 to just walk through the door and then anywhere from $50-$85 per extra half hour. He assured me he's quick and he was. Shawn was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will hire him gain.
