Steve called back regarding our request one hour after I submitted it. He agreed to come out on a Sunday evening, which was just a day after our phone call. He then called Sunday evening to make sure we were home and that he was on his way over. The job was a bit bigger than we thought but he was done within one hour. Amazing! Steve was very professional and easy to talk to. My husband and I were very pleased and will definitely recommend DSR Pest Management to our neighbors and friends.

Lack of follow-up. Still having same problems. Had to call them to redo some work. They have not added pest control stations as they said.

Started noticing dead rats a week after initial visit. Haven't heard any in my walls or under the house since.

Steve at DSR is the owner. Had DSR do termite work at my house. Returns calls quickly and arrrives on time. Does his own work with the help of an assistant so you have continuity and an the actual business owner at the job. Obviously knowledgeable and takes time to explain the process used to control termites. His initial written quote was consistent with the other quotes I had from other companies, so his pricing and terms of warranty are fair/valid. Very pleased with his work.
