I phoned Drain Squad at 9am Christmas Eve morning and they were more than helpful and timely in making it to our property to resolve the issue that day. From Lisa in the office to Ramon in the field this crew is top notch and very customer service focused. They called me within minutes after submitting a request through Service Magic. Oh yea, and of the 3 that were recommended Drain Squad was the only that responded. Thanks Drain Squad and I will definitely use you again!

overall the service was good, the reason I am giving them 4 stars because the window they gave me was from 5-7 pm and at 6:59 a rep called me to tell me the plumber would be there in 20 mins. Needless to say he didnt show up until 7:40. Other than that good, fast service.

Since the first time I met Raymond, he presented himself in a very professional manner. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgable about what fixing my situation was going to consist of. Having spoken to his wife, the receptionist/scheduler I was very impressed in her knowledge as well as she awnsered all of my questions in detail. I will no longer give my business exclusively to the BIG(known) company I was working with before and will confidently use Drain Squad from here on. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
