I wish that there were a 10 star rating for Dave.  One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor since moving into my house.  After we agreed on the project, Dave came out on a SATURDAY so I would not have to miss any time at work.  He worked all day without even taking lunch.  Dave's work is maticulous.  He is extremely neat and professional.  He is very knowledgeable and cares a lot about the work that he does for you.  I would hire Dave back in a heartbeat.  I am going to refer Dave to anyone who needs electrical work done.  His price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work that he did.  Thanks again Dave!!

Dave Pase showed up for a scheduled recessed light installation.  He never asked for a deposit.  When I told him that I would have to inspect his work before paying him, he decided to leave the work site and not do the job.  I encouraged him to get the job done that day, he just left.  This was very unprofessional.  To leave a work site and not complete a scheduled job makes contractors unreliable.
