Mel Marshal and GoContracting were superior. They not only completed the roofing project and interior damange professionally, but coordinated the entire project to completion while I was in another state delivering my baby! We never actually met in person but coordinated via email, phone and other tenants of the building. Given the unusual circumstances, he was incredibly trustworthy and I felt complete peace-of-mind that the project was being handled beginning to end (including coordinating with the insurance adjuster!) I highly recommend this contractor.

How amazing was Mel? Let's put it this way: Just days before Hurricane Irene was scheduled to rip through our town, Mel came out on almost no notice to make sure our condo building's roof survived the storm (something that it was at serious risk of not doing). His team worked efficiently, quickly, and with great professionalism. They were on time, and stayed until they did the job right. Then they came back the next day to make sure it was done right. THEN, the day after the storm, Mel called me to make sure his work had held up. It was very refreshing seeing him take pride in his work, and made me feel better about the final product. Thanks!

Had a leaky roof. Mel was very personable and did an excellent job. Fast and convenient service at a fair price. After two heavy rain storms I'm still high and dry. Thanks Mel!

Mel is a wonderful person--so helpful and considerate. I felt that the price relative to the time the job took was a bit high, but the lack of hassle and worry was worth it. The men left behind some mess, but Mel returned promptly to rectify it.
