Dan was great and his assistant was as well. Met me on a Saturday which was really helpful. My floor is small but it looks great and the price was reasonable.

Dan is great to deal with. Very professional, returns phone calls promptly, arrives on the job site at the time requested, cleaned after finishing job and did a great job. Very pleased with the results.

All was good - except they did not put enough wood filler in the holes in the wood, and there are still holes in various locations that will be a long term issue over time. They also did not content with any transition strips at transitions in materials - so it is as if the job is not complete.

I had DNC Hardwood Flooring refinish my living room dining room area they did a fantastic job. I then called them back to refinish my three bedrooms-they seemed rushed and although the floors look great the finish was much rougher than the first job they did for me he used a different finish that dried in a few hours-if you use this company be specific what you want. I was not as happy with the outcome and still am not. I called them back because of the work they did the first time but alas their second job at my house was not up to the standards they set for themselves. To bad they didn't understand why I wanted them to return.

DNC has reasonable rates, knowledgeable and works with your schedule and project. They do the work when they say they will do the work, do quality work and leave a clean environment. Our upstairs on a 1912 house looks brand new.

Dan was a very polite and hard-working young man. His work was high quality. His price was very fair. Unfortunately at the end of the job, I was not totally satisfied with the clean up and completion of the job. There were piles of sawdust left outside my front door next to the walkway. The blue tape that he had applied to mask off the floors was never taken up. He took off my pantry doors to work on the pantry floor and did not replace them. In addition, there was a crack between 2 pieces of wood that I asked him to fill and he told me to go to Home Depot, buy the filler and do it myself. Too bad, I was pleased up until the end.
