IWe were not pleased with the technician who came to do the service, but D & M Mechanical called and made it right.

I spoke with Nancy C. about the job today. I apologized for my representative being unprepared, and explained he did have access to the proper tools. the bill was $143.75, not $163.75.We reached a financial settlement.
