Project: Repair Drywall
Finding David in a sea of sub-contractors was a blessing. He is prompt, friendly, courteous, very price competitive, and shows pride of workmanship. Our project involved design, drywall, texturing & carpentry. Although the final design decision belonged to us, he provided valuable insight that helped our decision making. During the project, David worked diligently and was focused throughout the 2.5 day project. The final outcome was A+ and family & friends were also impressed on the final product. David's attention to detail is very apparent and he is very accommodating. David is now involved in our semi-kitchen remodel. Thanks David :)

Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
David was a true professional. He has a lot of of integrity in his work. He was honest and really understood our needs. My elderly mother was in a panick mode when she discovered the damage her home received from dry rot and mold. DM Construction was given the job due their experience and David's competitive quote. My mother really appreciated his work! She was impressed that he came back the next day after the job was completed to ensure there were no loose nails and the job was completed professionally. We would definitely recommend DM Construction again. A true professional Thx David for making my mom happy!!

Project: Repair Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings
David Moniz and his DM Construction crew did a magnificent job on our home. We needed our existing moulding finished and new crown installed in two other rooms. His crew showed up on time, were friendly, professional and stayed late to finish the job on the same day as requested. They cleaned up their work area and were a pleasure to work with. I'd hire them again.
