Project: Repair a Septic System
i did not use them for my contractor. However, during my search Dave was proactive calling me to be updated on my situation, hoping to be hired. He wasn't rude, and was helpful in providing cost cutting tips for replacing my septic field, like applying for a permit in person at the health dept. Other companies do it for you and charge you extra for doing the service themselves. I can't speak to Dave's quality of work but he was helpful and professional on the phone.
