I chose to work in this industry because My husband has been in the business for 30 years, and I started by helping him. Recently, I became a licensed Irrigator myself..I love working in The Dallas Area because I have lived here all my life, and love the area..We started in this industry in 1998.We describe our business as Family owned and operated

Very poor experience. They missed the first 2 appts we had for an estimate and didn't bother to call me to reschedule. After I received an estimate, I scheduled the work. They missed the first scheduled appointment. After the crew arrived and completed the work they had broken multiple items and left them laying in the yard. The major thing they broke was the wiring for my AC while digging the trench out. The worst part was the fact that they did more work than was on the estimate and didn't tell me until the work was done. Then tried to bill me for it. The final work was good, but the hassle and collateral damage was not worth it.

On the first day we scheduled the appointment. It actually rained. However, no one answered my calls nor did they call me back. The person call when he made it to my home which was 2 hours later than I was told. by this time I had was a work. We had to reschedule but no one at the company call me for this. Three days later, I called them to reschedule. The person that did the work was very courteous and did an excellent job. I had other work done because of him.

Wow! It was refreshing to deal with a service company like DLIS. Quick scheduling. Was kept informed of schedule/arrival time and were prompt. The technician was experienced, knowledgable, quick, courteous, and spoke and understood English! He replaced 4 heads, installed a riser, moved a small plant, and inspected/adjusted all other zones and heads in 1 hour. I just received and promptly paid the invoice and I was pleasantly surprised at the price. I highly recommend DLIS for any sprinkler system installation or repair.

I called DLIS and was able to schedule an appointment in the following morning. Unlike other companies recommended, they don't charge trip charge and has the lowest hourly rate. The techicians arrived for the appointment within the two-hour window. Jose and his helper replaced a missing head and replaced/adjusted some heads. Jose did a very good job in locating the leaking value and made necessary replacement/repair. They completed the whole project expeditiously. The bill for the project was an hour of labor and parts. I'd use this company again in the future.
