The person knows his trade, is to make suggestions to improve a repair when asked. Very frankly, The solution he came up with was far better than the one i had thought of and I know the house for many years. Having observed folks work on this house for over 60 years, I honestly believe he is the best person to EVER work on it. Will I hire him again? Yes, Yes, a thousand and one times yes.
