Jim came in and immediately understood what result I wanted.  He is professional, personable and very friendly.  He completed his work in a timely manner and completely "unsupervised" by anyone.  The results were better than I expected and he left the property completely clean.  He did small things that were not included in his extremely competitive bid that made the whole experience seamless.  I will use him again when his skills are required and give him the highest rating possible!
