D.H.Smith was great, Dave came out for the initial quote and did a great job going over the whole process and exactly what to expect during the roofing job,Dave stayed and satisfied all my questions while we discused the job,colors and quality aspects involved, his crews were promt and neat and did a quality job even suggesting some welcome advise as the job progressed along and making the changes on the fly was smooth and seamless.I would recommend D.H.Smith for your next roof job, the use trainned skilled local technichans and they did a great job keeping my property neat and clean and finishing on schedule,Thanks again Dave, Peter W.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I can't rate David Smith yet because I just left a voicemail message for him on Friday night that I had selected him to do the job and am waiting to hear back from him. This is New Year's weekend, so I may not hear from him until Tuesday morning. I chose him because he agreed to do exactly what I had asked him -- widen my ridge vent opening and install soffit holes, as told to me by an engineer who had evaluated my home. He also has good reviews and is accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I will be happy to change my quality rating from 3 (which is neutral) after he completes the work. Thank you.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Dave Smith communicated well with us throughout all phases of the project and was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. His crew was friendly, professional and did high quality work. They also took extra care to not damage our shrubs and gardens and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Our old roof leaked in several areas. So far our new roof has been through several heavy rain storms and shows no evidence of any leaks. Dave and his crew did respond immediately to fix a sky light that was leaky. The new roof looks great and we would highly recommend Dave Smith for any roof work.

D.H Smith's team was excellent. They arrived on schedule, finished on schedule, were clean tidying up all the spare material. The foreman Billy was a good leader and very skillful and the rest of the team were excellent. Materials used were all as specified and agreed. There were a few probelems they encountered but they fixed them all and still finished on time. I had 8 different quotes but D.H. Smith was compettive and he also had excellent references. I have recommended D.H.Smith to many other people. A great company
