DH painting did great exterior work on our house. Prices were great for our budget. They were very prompt in responding to our requests. Issues with coordinating work day schedules with renters.

DH painting did a great job once they showed up. The customer service is rated low simply because the owner's communication with me was almost non-existent. They showed up on the day they said they would only to work for just a few hours. I informed them they only had that day to paint as movers were coming the next day. I understand being busy, but better communication could have prevented the mayhem.
Comment from DH Painting
My customer only gave me 1 day to paint master bedroom, up-stair hallway, down stairs hallway, livingroom, and kitchen walls. The cost was $1,150.00 and she informed me she only had $1000.00 to fit her buget, i agreed to $1,050.00. I informed her it would take to days. Customer received keys at noon and we started that day at 3:00 p.m. and worked till 8:00 p.m. I informed her we would do are best but needed another day. Even though we were rushed, we still did a great job. I was the only painter that would do the job at that price with short amount of time, we done great work but sorry don't do miracles.

My house is stucco, siding and a lot of wood trim. They took there time and did a good job. Things that came out rough , they corrected. I have a large wood patio cover that needed a great amount of detail work, lots of prep. The paint crew did a very good job over all.
