DHL was quite prompt and attentive while providing a quote for the service. We had a have a new system installed. This is when the problems started. First, the thermostat was a different size than our previous one, revealing ugly wallpaper beneath. The installation tech hid this during the final walkthrough by placing the manual to cover the defect. Then, 2 days after installation, the system stopped working. The tech came out the next morning and replaced a fuse, which solved the problem for about 8 hours. This was Friday night. Although we were promised service Saturday morning, the service never arrived and there 0 communication.

Our reputation is paramount to us at DHL. We are always prompt to where we are needed. 1st, we didn't hide anything. We ALWAYS put the manual for the new T-stat with the t-stat because homeowners always misplace them. Next, we did send a tech to see what the problem was immediatly and did change a fuse. I have over 25emails that I was in contact with the customer all day saturday. But we also had 14 calls ahead of her. She couldn't wait so she called another company which took advantage by charging her when the unit is under warranty. Shame on him!she just wanted us to drop everything and come to her. We could not do that to other customers.

Provided service on short notice. Service technician very professional and took time to explain and answer questions. A competitor told me that furnace was dead and needed replacement at a cost of roughly $5000. I spent less than $500 with DHL and required replacement of only a couple of parts. It's nice and warm and my wife is happy again :)

Excellent contractor, I highly recommend this company. They do excellent work, on time, at a very fair price. These folks "do what they say they will do!!!"

This customer simply doesnt think that he has to wait for the Pepco rebate. It takes up to 6 months to recieve it. The job is very clean, and good, but the customer needs to understand that we or any other contractor does not control what the utility company does.

Guys were fantastic to deal with, so happy I chose DHL Home Services. had to postpone install because of part delay. Don drove to Pittsburgh to get it. NOW THAT'S SERVICE and install did not take as long as qouted. DHL YOU GUY"S ROCK!!

Upon inspection by a trained professional, it turned out that the furnace was in good working order and did not need replacement. That's a happy outcome.

On time, and reliable service. Price is reasonable.
