We overloaded our transformer and it caused a power outage in our home. When my husband couldn't resolve the issue by resetting the breaker box, we submitted a service request. An electrician from DFW Electric Group responded quickly and had us up and running again with full power within a few hours.

Kevin appeared to rush through the job. He ended up cutting an extra hole in my wall and had to cover it up with an outlet plate that was not even the right type. Furthermore, he did not tell me about it until I walked in and asked hime why are there two outlet holes. He then admitted that he cut the first hole to close to the stud, so he had to cut another hole. I ended up having to go to Lowe's to buy the write outlet cover plate. He never made an offer to discount the price for cutting the extra hole in my wall and for not having the right outlet plate. Very dissappointed in the service I received.

A second trip and then a third trip was required to get the job done correctly. Unfortunately they required additional payment for the third trip. We paid too much for this minimal change.
