we are happy so far although he could be better at following up on training and tweaking. We have progressed fine and made a phone call and received part of what we needed but the tweaking on our own. Tye was very informative at enitial meeting. (Others weren't)

Called within 2 hours of submittal and did a same day appointment. Installer showed up on time, and did an excellent job of laying the electric fence without digging up all the flower beds.

This has turned out really great. The 2 1/2 year old learned quickly but I had a little trouble training the 10 month old. Ryan came back out to evaluate and make recommendations. Both dogs are trained now and doing well in their own yard.

Overall it was a good experience. The initial estimate didn't include everything (e.g. the additional dog collar and the cost of labor, etc.) So, when they came out to put in the fence, it was more than I had expected. Even though that was the case, I'm happy with the results. The guy who installed the fence was very helpful and professional.
