Project: Repair Drywall
I hired DF Barrueta to repair some water-damaged sheetrock and paint several items in the house. The hanger, David, was on time, very courteous, efficient and cleaned up afterward. Unfortunately, the rest weren’t as great. The tapper/mudder didn’t show or even call the second day (as promised), delaying the whole project. Then, neither of the two paint crews understood the scope on arrival and weren't willing to do the job as originally spec'd. So, with less than half the work done, I had to let them go. I hate writing this as I really liked the owner, Christian; but they weren't able to meet the original scope for the agreed upon price.

Came back on details until we were completely satisfied. Good work. If there are complex nuances in what you need done, command of Spanish language may be helpful. We will call Chris again when we have a job to look at. This job: prep, wallboard and texture stairway to basement and downstairs pantry.

Took a challenging job and turned it around. WHen Hossana Construction screwed up my fire tape so bad I did not know what to do. Chris and his team ripped it out and replaced the corners and many areas of tape and sanded it all to a smooth finish. A LOT of WORK! Great job! on time and on budget.

From the first contact form the last bit of sanding was a perfect job. Christian was very helpful, he is genius at was he doing. The job was completing then it was and he took his time to review the job. Several other people that bid on the job said they couldn’t do it. They told me it would take forever to do. Christian came in and said yes right away and took care of the job. I recommond this company to anyone!
