Business like, Polite, very good at his craft and an overall very nice person. Gave good estimate for the work to be done. Came on scheduled time and the work went very timely. I'de call this company for any A/C or Heat problem that I might encounter. Very satisfied.

DC Moore did a great job with the installation and air balancing. They also corrected duct problems and brought the wiring up to code. Very neat and professional, courteous. Crew works together very well.

My comments: DC Moore completed the work on schedule with professional installers who were clean, courteous and had excellent expertise in the installation. I would (and have) recommend this company to my friends and family. Even though DC Moore wasn't the lowest quote we received, we went with this company due to the trust Jim built with us in his visits to our home. When we spend this much money, we didn't want a deal..... we wanted good quality at a fair price and they met our expectations!

I appreciated the time, attention and professionalism taken in preparing the quote. The price was competitive and the details were very thorough. The job was done well, they cleaned everything up well, even working under difficult conditions - it rained all day.

Our experience was very pleasant. From the intitial consultation, we were confident that Jim would be both competent and thorough. He was very professional and on time. Fortunately, he also noticed an issue with our furnace and took care of it as well, which really made us feel secure. We would certainly, without hesitation, refer DC Moore.
