they were very responsive to my request to complete the job asap as I was planning to leave town. Moving up the schedule did, however, cause some communications disconnects between the salesperson, the crew chief, and the installers. There was also a misunderstanding between me and the salesperson about the installation of a solid roof. I wanted to have one installed but the salesperson misunderstood and thought I wanted a screen roof and because of the rush status of the job, there wasn't enough time to get in the needed materials for a solid roof. Once there, the crew of installers worked all day and did a great job!
