Project: Universal Remote Control Consolidation & Programming
Jose Corado was very prompt, pleasant and diligent in making certain that we were satisfied with his service. Jose reconfigured the wireless system in the house so that my wireless is much better now. We had some problems because of the Comcast Cable set-up. Jose was so very helpful in working with Comcast to change the cable access to the modem. He diagnosed the Comcast problem and then worked with the Comcast technician. Jose also installed a new universal remote for our main TV. It is quite simple to use and whenever we can't figure out how to work some settings on it Jose is promptly available by phone to walk us through it.

We couldn't have been more pleased with DC Audio Video. Very complicated job that included installing surround sound, ceiling speakers, mounting tv on a brick wall, synching multiple components and running all the wires through the ceiling and up behind the inside of the brick wall. We ultimately settled on DC Audio Video bc they seemed like the most knowledgeable, responsive and professional. And they were. Finished product was precise and beautiful. They are very professional, hard working, neat and focused on pleasing the customer. They are great teachers too in explaining all the components. I would recommend them very highly.

The DC Audio Video team was fantastic! I've never used ServiceMagic.com before and was a bit nervous about it. When I put in the request, I received a call back from one of the owners within 5 minutes. I wanted to get my TV mounted quickly and they came out the very next business day after I scheduled with them. Quick, pleasant and neat, these gentlemen were true professionals. The service was worth every penny and I will use them for all of my AV needs!

I wish I had known about this company before I wasted time and money having other installers do simular jobs. This company is top shelf and I will never use another company for my theater needs. THANKS DC AUDIO VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
