DC Appliance was prompt and efficient. What I liked most is they tell the customer what the cost is before they make the repair.

I will have to wait until all repairs are finished when parts arrive to give a true rating.

Very prompt, reliable, and dependable. Takes the time to explain so that the average lay person will understand.

DO NOT HIRE. They came, did a half job and left (partially my fault for letting them slide). I called a few months later, they said they would be out to correct things, never showed, never returned my call, etc. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did go out and service here dishwasher gave her a quote to repair she did not wish to do repairs at that time made some adjustments to handle and door latch to allow here to use washer three months later she called back agian we referd back to repair quote she did not want to pay for needed repairs saying repairs where not done the first time unit worked for three months on the ajustment we made the door latch and lever needs to be replaced to repair but we can not do it for free so the part about us comming out and only doing a "half job"(per her request)and calling three months later is true everything else is well just MEAN

Arrived on time, diagnosed problem and repaired within two days. Very acceptable time frame for repair.

Got off to a bumpy start in the analysis; but once diagnosed he made the repair quickly and efficiently.

Quick response and same day service. Very knowledgeable of applicance and quickly identified and replaced part. Very professional and excellent service. Would recommend!!

David was quick & courteous. Because of the extent of the repairs needed to the 6+ year old dishwasher, we decided to just replace the unit instead of repairing it.

He diagnosed the problem got the part ordered and came back and installed the part in a timely manner.
